Les th\u00e9rapeutes respiratoires n\u2019ont pas l\u2019autorisation pr\u00e9vue par la loi d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter l\u2019acte contr\u00f4l\u00e9 1. Le th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire peut seulement demander de fournir l\u2019\u00e9ducation dans le cadre d\u2019un tel sc\u00e9nario.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9quipes de soins intensifs<\/strong><br \/>Les r\u00f4les et les responsabilit\u00e9s sont souvent partag\u00e9s entre les membres des \u00e9quipes de transport de soins intensifs et les \u00e9quipes d\u2019intervention des soins intensifs. Ces \u00e9quipes sont souvent compos\u00e9es d\u2019un th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire, d\u2019un membre du personnel infirmier et d\u2019un m\u00e9decin. L\u2019intubation et la ventilation manuelle peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Les membres du personnel infirmier et les m\u00e9decins ont l\u2019autorit\u00e9 l\u00e9gislative d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter ces proc\u00e9dures et n\u2019ont donc pas besoin de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation. Un tel rapport est parfois \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 un \u00ab manquement professionnel \u00bb. Un membre de facult\u00e9 ou un instructeur clinique peut avoir une influence sur un \u00e9tudiant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la remise des dipl\u00f4mes, mais un th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire travaillant dans un h\u00f4pital ou dans un \u00e9tablissement quelconque peut avoir une influence sur un \u00e9tudiant aussi longtemps que ce dernier fait partie du personnel de cet h\u00f4pital, \u00e9tablissement, organisation, etc. Lorsque son influence aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant n\u2019est plus, un membre de l\u2019OTRO peut \u00e9tablir un rapport avec l\u2019ancien \u00e9tudiant.<\/p>\n<p>Les th\u00e9rapeutes respiratoires doivent en tout temps faire preuve de comportement professionnalisme dans leurs interactions avec les \u00e9tudiants, les coll\u00e8gues, les patients et les familles.
